For your builder partners, Homebase provides access to all of the information we have on their projects, filtered by address. By searching for a property’s address, they’ll find scheduled jobs, upcoming deliveries, order information, documentation, post-installation photos, service requests, inspections, and more.
For your technicians and subcontractors that perform your installations, Clipboard provides them with everything they need to complete the job: the job address, scheduled installation date, product details, upcoming payments, and specific instructions, all available in English and Spanish, also allows them to add photos, update installation statuses, and send HO appointment alerts.
For field reps, Mobile IQA is our mobile quality assurance solution that details out all jobs that require their QA inspection. While on the job site, they can open Mobile IQA and perform inspection grading, flag any issues, submit service requests, and review any plans or documents related to that property.
Echelon and VEO® Design Studio are completely integrated, with Echelon maintaining all of the specific pricing and programs which feed into VEO® Design Studio. As selections are made in VEO® Design Studio, pricing is displayed automatically, and all relevant product selections are imported right back into Echelon to complete and fulfill the order.
