Since 2000, we’ve been on a mission to simplify operations, streamline design, and help builders deliver a better experience for their homebuyers. What began with founder Richard Gladstone’s vision in an 800 sq. ft. office has grown into a trusted technology partner for builders across the country.
From Small Office to Industry Staple
Over the last two and a half decades, we’ve built tools that support builders at every step of the journey from the homebuyer’s design experience to the back-end operations. Some of our biggest milestones include:
- 2001 — The Launch of Echelon ERP. Bringing structure and efficiency to the interior finishing process.
- 2010 — VEO Options Estimator is launched.
- 2016 — The Launch of VEO Design Studio. Giving homebuyers a simple, visual way to explore options and stay on budget.
- 2020 — Celebrating 20 years during a global pandemic showed that resilience is truly part of our DNA.
