Richard Gladstone earned his B.A. in Managerial Studies and Economics from Rice University and has been a dedicated professional in the residential homebuilding industry since 1991. As the President of BuildOn, Richard provides visionary leadership and strategic direction, ensuring the company remains a leader in the field. His commitment to developing highly efficient systems and delivering an exceptional customer experience sets Richard and the BuildOn team apart. Together, they are dedicated to meeting the diverse needs of homebuilders across the nation.
Blake has been in the New Home/Builder Services Industry since 2001. Over the years, he has held various positions, including Sales, Inside Operations, Outside Operations, Branch Manager, and Director of Operational Efficiencies. He has also served as the liaison between installation companies and BuildOn Technologies, helping to define and prioritize future development. His efforts have ensured that the software continues to support evolving business needs and remains cutting-edge in the market.
Tammy has been in the Residential Construction market since 1998. She excels in driving growth and fostering strong customer relationships through strategic sales initiatives. Tammy’s leadership and expertise are key to educating clients and onboarding future customers, ensuring our company's ongoing success.
Shelby Mansker has been a key member of BuildOn Technologies since 2014, contributing to the design and development of VEO Design Studio. In 2019, Shelby was promoted to Systems Architect, where he has led several critical technology initiatives, including the innovative VEO Catalog Management System. His role involves enhancing BuildOn Technologies' infrastructure and development processes, ensuring they remain modern, scalable, and secure. Shelby holds a B.S. in Computer Science and is dedicated to keeping up with the latest industry trends and best practices.
For over 20 years, Andy has developed software solutions and led teams in the Medical, Communications, Educational, HR/Payroll, and now Home Construction industries. Andy joined BuildOn Technologies in 2020 as a developer to maintain and improve the internal BuildOn integrations. Now as Integrations Architect, he is leading a team to provide internal integrations as well integrations with the multitude of back-end software systems used by our customers, partners, and vendors to ensure that BuildOn Technologies can support customers’ needs now and into the future.
Eric brings over 25 years of diverse experience in software development and leadership to BuildOn Technologies. Starting his career in loan origination and evolving through the oil & gas and home building industries, Eric has honed a unique blend of technical expertise and strategic vision. Since joining BuildOn, he has driven innovation and growth, championing Agile methodologies and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. In his current role as Director of Software Development, Eric oversees multiple development teams, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and delivering exceptional software solutions.
Aaron Gladstone joined BuildOn Technologies in 2019 and has contributed to several key roles leading to his current director position. Aaron’s previous retail background at Texas’ HEB helped hone his skills in serving customers. Aaron's main responsibility is to make sure his team is giving the best customer service possible through knowledge of customer products and top-tier communication.
Cindy has been in the Residential Construction market since 1991. As the Director of Development for VEO Echelon at BuildOn Technologies, she manages the maintenance and development of VEO Echelon and all related web and mobile applications. Cindy's extensive experience and technical expertise ensure the high performance and reliability of these applications, driving innovation and efficiency within the company.
